2. Take your pick
When you find a property that catches your eye, take a peek at everything from photos of the inside of the home to a street view and floor plan. Check out the description for the handy details – like key features, tenancy information, and holding deposits.
3. Book a viewing
Select a date and time that works for you. We’ll ask you a few questions like how long you plan to rent, your employment status, and if you have any credit issues. We’ll confirm your booking by email, and you can manage your bookings easily in your online account.
4. Make an offer
Ready to make an offer instead? We’ll take a few details of the new tenants – things like employment, date of birth, and rental history. Your offer then gets sent over to the letting agent or landlord.
5. We’ll take it from here
Once you’ve viewed the property (and like what you see!) you can either go ahead and make an offer or reach out to the estate agent or landlord looking after the property. They’ll take you through those all-important next steps, like signing the tenancy agreement, paying the deposit, and moving in.
