Hi, I’m Will Dunford, your local expert covering East Devon, Mid Devon & South Somerset. I’ve lived in the area all my life and entered the property industry in 2012. I worked my way from a negotiator to managing a high street branch, before joining Purplebricks in 2016 after seeing the way the online market was developing and changing the way estate agents work. I love the online experience and being able to help customers benefit from it. I feel online/hybrid agents are the future due to the huge benefits in flexibility and working hours Purplebricks can offer customers during their sale and purchase, allowing us to help them at any time they need it rather than set office hours. Outside of work, I’m a huge sports fan, especially rugby. I have two young children, and enjoy countryside life, being outdoors and enjoying wildlife both locally and when traveling. Advice for a seller: The market in my area is constantly changing, with almost every road being valued differently, so even if you think your house is worth a set figure due to a property in the area, it’s important to seek advice from a local agent like myself, as it’s not always going to hit the same value, but sometimes could be worth more too!
