Steven's journey to estate agency

I started my career in travel agency and then moved into banking managing telephony contact centres for a large banking group. After taking voluntary redundancy I decided to go into a profession that I love. I have always enjoyed property; both renovating them and also love interior design. So, the obvious choice was to go into Estate Agency, and I am so pleased with the choice I made with that.  Not only am I dealing daily with such different property's and supporting individuals to sell their property, I am also dealing with another passion of mine which is delivering exceptional customer service through building strong relationships with my customers.  This I believe really lack's in today's society and working now for Purple Bricks this really is driven within the business to ensure people both customers and the team are the number one priority.  I will always ensure I go above and beyond in my role to make each and every individual remember me for the right reason.
