The Purplebricks Property Valuer…The Purplebricks Property Valuer arrrive at my property at the designated time. He was extremely polite and courteous and asked the reason why I was considering selling my property. After carrying out both his internal and external inspection he advised me his professional opinion of what I could expect to get for my property if I was to place it on the market. His valuation fell in line with my own assessment of its value. He said I would receive a written valuation report in the next day or so. He explained briefly how Purplebricks operate on a fixed fee basis. The whole experience was very straight forward and I was never under any pressure to give the business of selling my property to Purplebricks. A very impressive and professional service.
