Excellent service throughoutI've used Purple Bricks in the past and I was delighted by the service then, and I still remain a happy customer today. I found that the whole process was simple from start to finish and I was always able to speak to someone friendly and helpful if I needed to. One significate point of difference between Purple Bricks and other estate agents in our area is the quality of the photographs. We had a professional photographer as part of our package, and what a difference! I've noticed that our local estate agents seem to use cameras from early 2000's for their photos and rarely do they cover every room and space in the house, unlike Purple Bricks. As part of the photography, we also got a virtual tour which really helps prospective buyers get a sense of the space before they come and view, which is another thing that our local agents don't seem to offer. Even though I opted to perform the viewings myself (as I work from home), when it came to negotiating the offers, we were able to elect our Purple Bricks negotiator to do the heavy lifting, which helped keep the process professional and keep emotion out of the conversation. Overall, I am pleased by the service I received by Purple Bricks and would recommend them to anyone.Read more
