Manage your own sale / purchase I think being able to manage our own viewings and having the option to message buyers and sellers directly was really useful. The most appealing feature we found was being able to start offer negotiations with our buyer after 9pm once they had viewed earlier that day without needing to wait for the estate agents to open and going back and forth between calls with them.Read more
