I have been in the estate agency industry for nearly 30 years starting off as a trainee and rising to a manager and then owner of my own business for a number of years. Working in the North Essex and South Suffolk areas I have gained vast local knowledge. I have always been determined to make sure the clients have the best possible experience and make the process as stress free as I can. Customer service should always come first and I have prided myself on that fact.
